Our Journey So Far

Ten years of building servant-leaders, one cohort at a time. Here is a brief look at how we got here — and we invite every alumnus and friend to help us fill in the fuller story on September 5.

The Beginning
Team21 Academy is founded in Yaoundé on the servant-leadership mandate of Matthew 20:26–28 — a small, faith-rooted commitment to raise leaders who serve.
2016 – 2026
Cohort 1 to Cohort 15
Fifteen training cohorts, back to back, across a decade — each one raising servant-leaders and sending them out into their families, workplaces, and nations.
2023
AI Unlocked
Team21 steps into artificial intelligence, launching AI Unlocked to equip leaders to understand and use AI with wisdom and excellence.

Multiple Other Programs
Mentorship, consulting, publishing, and initiatives like Vision 10,000 Women in AI join the training arm — alumni now lead their own organizations across Cameroon and the diaspora.
